A Community Event

We started our event, Community Conversations in November 2020. Homelessness had become a more critical issue during the pandemic. With businesses closing and job losses, many people were unable to pay their rent and faced possible eviction. The reality of being just one paycheck away from being without a home were being faced by many in our community.

Through this event, we invited leaders and organizations to share what they were doing and offered an opportunity for the community to engage and ask questions.

Read about some of the conversations we have had in 2021 and 2022.

February 2022: Bellevue Mayor Lynne Robinson

June 2021: Dennis Sills, Plymouth Housing

March 2021: Celebrating the Strength of Women

Our next Community Conversations will be held in August. If you are interested in attending the event, please email Sujata Agrawal, Sr. Manager, Communications & Engagement
