Thank You, Wells Fargo!

Every September, Wells Fargo’s team members are encouraged to pledge their support to nonprofit causes they care deeply about as part of the Community Support Campaign. The annual campaign helps bring the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility to life through employee giving and volunteering. You can see Wells Fargo teams in action, hosting donation drives, fundraisers and volunteer activities throughout Washington State.

This year, the Wells Fargo Bellevue team voted to select The Sophia Way as its nonprofit beneficiary for 2018 Community Support fundraisers. The Sophia Way was chosen among 35 area nonprofits given its focus on ending homelessness in King County by offering a path to stable and sustainable living.

“I’m excited that the Sophia Way was chosen given the impact the organization has right here in our community,” said Antonio Mason, Wells Fargo Bellevue Middle Market Banking Vice President. “Homelessness in the Seattle and Eastside area is becoming more and more prevalent. Organizations like The Sophia Way should be recognized for the hard work they are doing to combat this unfortunate epidemic.”

We are deeply grateful to Wells Fargo and their employees for their support towards the women experiencing homelessness.
