Immediate Needs

The women who come to Sophia’s Place have immediate needs that include clothing, personal items, food, and other essentials. We are happy to accept your donations that are in ‘new’ or ‘gently used’ condition as we are not comfortable giving clients donations that are stained or excessively worn. We ask you to please give generously. Thank you!

TimeAll days: 8:00 a.m. to  11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Weekdays only: 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Essential Supplies

We also need many essential supplies on an ongoing basis. Because of our small space, we are unable to accept donations larger than two grocery bags without prior arrangement. We do not accept furniture. If you have furniture to donate, please consider donating to Home2Home. They accept and distribute like-new furniture to economically challenged families on the Eastside.
